Salon Policies

Please note: If you are displaying any flu like symptoms, even mild, please do not come to your appointment. Contact us and we can reschedule you.

Our salon does not perform services on youth who are 14 years of age and younger.

It is important to review our policies. They are included in all confirmation and reminder e-mails.

Please arrive to your appointment makeup free. If you show up with makeup on you may be charged a $15 cleansing fee. 

 If receiving a lash service, please do not wear contact lenses to your appointment as it is a health risk. 

If  you are receiving a lash lift and you've had extensions on prior, please ensure all lash extensions have been removed before your appointment. If you show up with lash extensions on, you may be charged $40 for a removal and asked to reschedule. 

We have a No Guest Policy - this includes children. We know your kids are great but our salon is specifically geared towards a more adult environment. If you bring a guest or child you may be asked to reschedule and subjected to a Late cancellation fee.

We provide clients with a 15-minute grace period, however if you are later than 15 minutes your appointment may need to be rescheduled and you will be required to pay a late cancellation fee.

24 hours or less - Cancellation Fee: 50% of service booked.

12 hours or less - Late Cancellation Fee: 100% of service booked.

No-show Fee: 100% of service booked and client required to pay in full in the future.
